I don't have a degree but hell the experience is there. I have first year teachers that I sub for and they are overworking themselves. It amazes me. All I want/need are medical benefits, that's all benefits. As for the kids, they are driving me crazy! I tell them to keep occupied, we have already reviewed the previous grade and are now working on this year grade level workbooks.
