I am a 40-something Mom of two girls, "Butterfly"age 8 and "Princess" age 5. I am Stacey, a former corporate worker turned stay-at-home mother for the past eight years. I have a husband named Tim, who runs a lot of the other blogs around here.

I am doing many work from home projects, including this blog.

I write about things that interest me and people who are interesting...I like to read and find lots of interesting tidbits in my travels through the internet.

First Post

Well, here it is: My parenting blog. I've asked my wife to join me in this little project, but it remains to be seen if she will. In fact, her first reaction was "I'm not a blogger, and have no interest!"

So, she's on the fence, right? Right?

I'll keep working on her.

Anyway, I'm not sure where I will go with this. I've wanted to do this for a while, and even had one a few years ago, but I allowed it to die. Here's hoping for a better result this time.
